COMPENSATION:

In consideration for the services of the Contractor, the Administrator agrees to pay the Contractor a commission of 20% (twenty percent) of SourceReferral.com subscription sales generated by Contractor. Contractor will receive a ONE TIME 100% commission for 2ND billing cycle after activation of the account. Beginning with the 3rd billing cycle, the Contractor will receive a 20% commission as long as the account is active and in good standing.  

In addition to the monthly renewals, the Contractor will receive a 25% of the referral reward as explained here. The referral reward is the amount set by the advertiser in exchange for the SourceReferral platform introducing a new customer. The Referral Reward is allocated as follows: 50% to the referring Affiliate, 50% to Source Referral. If the advertiser was brought to SourceReferral by a Contractor, the Contractor will receive 50% of the amount paid to SourceReferral (25% of the total Referral Reward.)

Example A: New client was referred by an affiliate.

Referral Reward is set at $100 for bringing in a new client.

Advertiser was signed up by Contractor.

Affiliate receives reward of $50.

SR receives $25

Contractor receives $25

Example B: New client was NOT referred by an affiliate.

Referral Reward is set at $100 for bringing in a new client.

Advertiser was signed up by Contractor.

SR becomes the Affiliate and receives reward of $50.

SR receives $25

A Subscription is deemed active upon a signed agreement, successful onboarding, and monthly (or pre-paid annual) payments with automatic billings to credit card provided by Subscriber. If the account is prepaid for the first year, the commissions will be paid during the first commission cycle after the funds have been received. 

It is understood and agreed the commission shall be deemed earned by the Contractor upon receipt of funds from Subscriber to Administrator after both refund and buffer periods have passed.

Commissions will be paid to Contractor after funds have been received from subscriber and after both refund and buffer periods have passed.

The Administrator agrees that it will not hold the Contractor liable for any services provided by Source Referral Inc. or for any uncollected billings for such subscriptions.
